MOTORCYCLE PARTS & ACCESSORIES SALESPERSON
Are you passionate about motorcycles and enjoy customer service and sales? We have a vacancy for a motivated, energetic person with experience in motorcycle parts and accessories sales.
Auckland City Honda (formerly Botany Honda) have been established for over 18 years and are well known in the industry. Come and join our great team.
Key duties:
Assist customers with parts, accessory and riding apparel enquiries
- Price up and manage timely delivery to ensure continuity of workshop repairs & customer orders
- Price up parts for accident assessments
- Parts stock checking and administration
- Maintain customer enquiries via Shopify (eCommerce site)
- Dispatch of items sold via Shopify
Skills and attributes required:
- MUST have knowledge of and a passion for motorcycles
- Good grasp of motorcycle mechanical repairs
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication & customer service skills both written & verbal
- Must be organised and able to work under pressure
- Reliable and articulate
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Take every opportunity to expand product knowledge
- Must have car and motorcycle licence
- Previous experience in the motorcycle industry an advantage
- Training on existing company systems will be given

Hours:
- Full time approx. 44 hours per week
Weekdays 8:00am – 5:30pm, rostered Saturday 9:00 – 3:00pm
