Auckland City Honda Motorcycles are looking for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to join their busy team.

           Key duties:

• ·      Booking in workshop jobs
• ·         Discussing repair and servicing requirements with customers
• ·         Making up Job Cards
• ·         Communicating the cost of repairs to the customer
• ·         Updating customer on progress
• ·         Invoicing
• ·         Service Reminders
• ·         Working closely with our team of motorcycle mechanics
  
  Skills and attributes required:
  
  
• ·         Must have a passion for motorcycles
• ·         General knowledge of motorcycle mechanics 
• ·         Computer literate
• ·         Excellent communication & customer service skills both written & verbal
• ·         Must be organised and able to work under pressure
• ·         Reliable and articulate
• ·         Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Current car and motorcycle licences
  
  Training on existing company systems will be given, but knowledge of the Orion software an advantage

Hours:
Approx 42-45 hours per week
8:00 – 5:30 weekdays, 9:00 – 3:00 occasional rostered Saturdays

Staff discounts and a favorable hourly rate will be negotiated
