Auckland City Honda Motorcycles are looking for an experienced MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC to join their busy team.

The successful candidate must have experience working on a variety of motorcycle brands.
They must be committed to a high standard of work with a strong customer focus.

We have a great team that frequently ride socially together and get involved in motorcycling events and demo days, both on and off road.

Main duties:
• Servicing & repair of road and dirt motorcycles, ATV’s and Power Equipment
• Workshop administration

Other duties include:
• Insurance assessing
• Warranty repairs
• Tyre fitting

Skills and attributes required:
• Experienced motorcycle mechanic - proficient working on various brands
• Full car & motorcycle licences
• Good knowledge of motorcycle electrical systems and fault finding
• Welding skills including plastic welding would be a benefit
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication & customer service skills both written and verbal
• WOF certification an advantage
• Reliable, punctual and articulate
• Training on existing company systems will be given, but knowledge of Orion software is an advantage

Hours:
Approx 42 hours per week
8:30 – 5:30 weekdays, 9:00 – 3:00 rostered Saturdays
